When you rent a studio you are free to do what you like with it, be that painting the walls, putting up shelves or changing the lighting fixtures.

All the offices are provided unfurnished and plain, ready for you to make your mark.

Home to an eclectic mix, from architects to milliners to psychologists, all connected by a desire to work somewhere that feels a little more human, and away from the bland +/ trendy offices that seem so ubiquitous.

There are a couple of shared kitchens, and various tables, chairs and nooks around the building to for both quiet and shared moments.
